Transcription without registration
When you use guest transcription, we create an anonymous Supabase account and store its session in your browser’s local storage. This functional storage keeps your transcripts accessible in that browser. Clearing it or ending a private-browsing session can remove your access.
Guest sessions expire after 90 days without activity. Using the workspace refreshes this session period; background polling alone does not. Guest transcripts are eligible for deletion 90 days after creation, and completed audio or video after 24 hours. Cleanup excludes active work. Creating an account before expiry keeps your remaining transcript history.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect guest account creation. Your IP address is processed to enforce network-based usage limits; the guest quota ledger stores keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Signing in to an existing account from the guest workspace allows a verified transfer of your guest history.
