Sign up is required before recording/transcribing.

How it works

  1. Copy a public Google Drive file link, SoundCloud track link, podcast link, or direct URL to an audio or video file.
  2. Open your dashboard and paste the link in Paste a link.
  3. Confirm options like language and speaker labels.
  4. Start transcription and wait for the file to process.
  5. Download your transcript in TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, or VTT.

Common issues and fixes

Links that require login or cookies cannot be fetched.

Streaming pages outside the explicitly supported sources still need a direct file URL.

Large files can take longer to fetch before transcription begins.

Expired or expiring links will fail to import.

FAQ

What kinds of links work for URL transcription?

Use public Google Drive file links, SoundCloud track links, podcast links, or direct public file URLs such as .mp3, .m4a, .wav, or .mp4. Links that require login will not work.

Can I transcribe YouTube or streaming pages?

YouTube is not supported. For streaming pages outside supported sources, use a direct file link you have rights to process.
